What is Yoni Steaming?:

Yoni steaming is a holistic practice that combines beneficial herbs and the divine feminine to support women's health. Yoni is the Sanskrit word for "Sacred Space" which is in reference to a woman's womb or vagina.

How to Yoni Steam:

Hot water is added to a handful of herbs to create fragrant steam. Once the steam is at a comfortable temperature, you will squat over the steam to allow it to enter your vaginal canal. The steam is a more gentle way of delivering the beneficial essential oils of the herbs to your vagina. 

DIRECTIONS: Bring about 4 cups of water and add 1/4 cup of yoni herbs to a simmer. Remove from heat and when the steam is at a comfortable temperature, squat over the bowl to allow the steam to rise up and into your yoni. Steam anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
